The location of this backpackers is excellent, with a multi-level car park adjacent and just a short walk away from the shops, inner city attractions, and the beautiful St Mary's church. the rooms are nice and clean, with comfortable beds and amenities like kettles, tea, coffee, and milk provided. the staff is friendly and helpful, allowing guests to park their cars even after check-out.
The noise levels can be a problem, especially for light sleepers, as there can be loud chatter in the corridors and doors banging.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem in the heart of the city center. The location couldn't be more convenient, right next to the captivating St Mary's church. It's a bit of a steep hill to reach, but it's worth every step. The rooms are well designed, with attention to detail and a cozy atmosphere. The beds are comfortable, and I especially loved the option of having a double bed with a single bunk above. The basic amenities provided were exactly what I needed for my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious!
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The noise level at night was really high and made it difficult to sleep at times. the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was manageable.

Great location and helpful staff. the lounge was cozy and the kitchens were tidy. the staff were knowledgeable about the local area. They also allowed us to leave our luggage and use the facilities even after we checked out.
Some guests were quite messy and noisy, especially in the common areas during dinner time. there wasn't much of a social vibe around the place, with not many spots to meet people or hang out.
